Welcome to the website of the Centre for Senior Policy (CSP). The purpose of the Centre is to make individuals, companies and politicians aware of the benefits of being adaptable in the workplace as an increasing proportion of the workforce is aging. By promoting research, through awareness campaigns and by forging links with the Workers´ Union, the Employers´ Association and politicians, the Centre encourages a broad range of activities that aim to reverse the growing trend towards early retirement.

CSP is responsible for coordinating the Government´s National Initiative for Senior Workers. The Initiative is part of a strategy aimed at the top management of all the major unions and employers´associations and relevant government agencies. The Government will give annual financial support to this national plan for the years 2001-2005.

If you need more information in english about National Initiative for Senior Workers, please contact us, and we will provide you with our booklet. You may also download the full text-version of the booklet from the link "National Initiative" below. Downloading will take some minutes.
